Once the motif has been engraved and cut out on the laser unit the design is applied to the textiles using a transfer press. Carefully place the transfer tape with adhesive foil. Due to a vacuum table the films are lying flat on the cutter table. Peel the adhesive foil away from the liner at a 45 degree angle.

Permanent adhesive which bonds well to wood. Adhesive epoxy bonding film and tape stock in either sheet or roll format are easily laser converted into any perform shape or profile. For the video above we used ls100 energy co2 laser and brushed gold laser foil p 46120.
